Tourism in Singapore

Tourism is a major source of Singapore's economy with 11,638,663 people, double the population visited in 2010.  Many people go there because the lingua franca there is English so it is easy to communicate with the people there.  Some popular tourist destinations are the Singapore Zoo and to go on Night safari's to explore the beauty of the natural features of the country.  Fort Siloso attracts 5 million people per year, it was a defending fort against the Japanese in World War II.

I think that it would be very interesting to visit Singapore because of all the natural beauty of the country and to experience the different cultures of Southeast Asia.  Also, it seems like it is relatively easy to communicate with the people there because the official language is English.
